Internet access

I've factory reset my mr1100 modem and power cycled it for two minutes but I still don't have internet. everything on my modem looks correct.

Hi gingbro82, we are here to help you troubleshoot your Nighthawk LTE Mobile hotspot device connection!

 

Thank you for letting us know what troubleshooting steps you've attempted. Please make sure your SIM Card is activated, you'll need your wireless number and your billing/ZIP Code. Learn how to set up your device for the first time or after performing a factory reset. 

 

From the connected device, go to http://attwifimanager from a web browser. Enter your new mobile router password, confirm your new mobile router password then click next. Note: If you do not want to change your mobile router password, click skip then click yes.

 

Check for blocked devices to troubleshoot limited connectivity on your device. Sign in to AT&T WI-Fi manager>Settings>Security>Access controls>Blocked devices. To unblock a device, click the checkbox next to the desired device then click delete. Click apply when finished.

 

Lastly, check out our device support tool to troubleshoot your device. This tool can also help you confirm your smartphone/tablet/PC/Mac connection to your hotspot device.

Can you let us know what color the broadband light is on the gateway? This way we can determine if it's an equipment issue or could be something bigger service wise.
