I'm unable to get a tech to come out
Just want every one to know that I came home and my broadband light is flashing red. Called for assistance and CANNOT GET A TECH OUT UNTIL TUESDAY. Mind you, my entire city is on LOCKDOWN curfew due to COVID, so AT&T really expects me to sit and stare at a wall for DAYS. They (Edited per community guidelines) & just lost a customer

With your city being on "lockdown", and most of the country being on stay at home orders, you shouldn't be surprised that there are less techs available for service calls.
