I need to return my equipment because I cancelled my service.

I'm trying to return my equipment because I cancelled my service. I've gone to multiple FedEx/UPS locations but they seem to be closed whenever I've gone due to COVID. I do not want to be charged for this as that is not my fault but I will return the equipment. I keep trying.
