I have had the worst service imaginable, I had a technician out yesterday and my internet is back out

I need to know how many times does my internet need to go out in rapid succession before you guys actually do something to fix it? I have had 15+ technicians out to my house in the last year it feels like. Nothing ever gets better. My router always starts blinking green followed by solid red. They said it was a line issue but apparently can’t figure it out
