AT&T related help: AT&T Internet support
I have had no internet for phone service since September 3, 2022 -- 16 days.
I have had no internet for phone service since September 3, 2022 -- 16 days. I have tried to get a ticket created but they will not let me saying there is an outage. According to several technicians that I have spoken with, the outage was cleared on September 14 - five days ago. I have called and chatted, and spoken with the AT&T Arkansas of the President and still cannot get a technician out to fix my service. I tried to fiind the Executive Complaint number or an email and cannnot find anything. I am thinking about Instagram. Any help? Thanks.
