i have 2 att extenders and i cannot pair them to my u verse network
i have 2 att extenders that were paired to my network, 2 weeks ago they failed and a service tech came out and re paired them, i have no idea how, last week they unpaired again and i cannot get them to pair again and my adt system cant connect etc the extender are att and i have followed the install etc to the letter with no joy, any help would be appreciated because i cannot get a real person on any att number for tech support.

Just to clarify, what model of AT&T Gateway and extenders do you currently have with us? With that information, we can more thoroughly look into what is occurring.
In the meantime, we suggest downloading our Smart Home Manager application, as it can help you with troubleshooting connectivity issues as well as assist with determining if your extenders are on your network.
