I get error with

This site can’t be reached192.168.1.254 took too long to respond.

Did you mean


I'm trying to switch from 5 G to 2.4 G. I can't even access my router to begin the process. Any suggestions?

We are happy to help.


Please follow these steps to access your router:


  1. Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.
  2. Once your computer is on the router's network, you can use your computer's settings to determine the router's address, which will in turn allow you to open the router's settings (
  3. If your wireless connection isn't working properly, you can connect directly to the router, (via ethernet  cable)
  4. If prompted, enter the existing Device Access Code (the default password is usually found on a sticker attached to the router).
