I disconnected my ATT internet and they said they would email me a label to return it. That was Nov 21 and today is Dec 3, 2021

Where do I send this worthless thing back?? Why won't they send me my label to return it ?

To be clear, you have to take it to a The UPS Store or a FedEx Office .  Not one of the drop off locations in another store.  Not to the actual shipping company (UPS or FedEx).  It has to be one of these print/pack/ship locations (used to be Mailboxes, etc.  and Kinkos before they were purchased by their parent shipping company.

If you take your account number and the bare, unboxed, device to one of these locations, they will give you a receipt (which you really need to hang on to).  They'll pack and ship it back to AT&T at no cost to you.  You don't need an address or anything.

Throwing it in the garage could set you up to owe AT&T more money.  I can't recommend it.  Plus, well, it should be disposed of by an electronics recycler and not thrown in a landfill.

The process is to take it to fedex or ups. They will pack and ship it

Thanks for your comment. That is what they told me to do after they sent me a return label. Only they never bothered to send a return label. My hubby is so mad at ATT right now that if UPS or FED EX asks him to pay for the return he's just going to throw it into the garbage.

They will not ask you to pay shipping.

Hi Jeffer,

Thanks for the return info which is more than I ever got from ATT. They're very vague in hoping you won't send it back so they can hit you with more fees. Very untrustworthy company
