I cannot connect TV to the internet

I have a samsung smart TV, and I cannot connect it to my at&t router NVG589. I have tried all suggestions in the manual

Hey, @jackslone! Let's help you get your Smart TV up and running!

 

Have you tried wiring your smart TV to your router using an Ethernet cable? If you are wanting to connect it through Wi-Fi and your network isn't showing up as an available network, you may want to try Rebooting your Gateway. How far is the Smart TV from your router, and what objects (walls, appliances, etc.) are in between?
