I called tech support and told them that my broadband 1 light is flashing red. My internet is OK
The tech told me to reset the modem for at least 10 seconds. The reset did nothing still flashing red. My internet connection so far is fine. I was told not to worry unless my internet goes out. I see in other posts that this is not a good sign meaning the modem may be failing. Wouldn't you say it should be replaced?
