I have tried everything it seems to connect my ATT internet service to my printer. I can not get it connected. I have an HP2548 all in one printer. It was working great before I switched to ATT, I know ATT is not the issue. I know I am missing something, please advise

Hi there, jdkdrd2002. We understand that your printer is not able to be connected to the internet. We can help with that.
How are you trying to connect the printer? Wi-Fi or via Ethernet? The reason why we want to know that is, the troubleshooting for the printer, with the different connection types, is different.
How far away is the router from the printer? Distance can play a major role in connecting something via Wi-Fi, the further away something is, like a printer, the farther the signal has to travel. That could lead to connectivity concerns and possible disconnections, once connected.
Is the printer even able to see the AT&T network name on its list? When connecting via Wi-Fi some printers have the ability to scan for wireless networks in range. That scan should show the network name of the router, which is on the sticker, on the router. Make sure that matches.
Are you having problems entering the Wi-Fi password? To make sure that you have the correct Wi-Fi information, you can use the Smart Home Manager. The Smart Home Manager should provide you with the Wi-Fi password, if you are unable to read the sticker on the router.
This is just a few bits of troubleshooting questions that we can provide to you. So if you could help us out and provide us with more details? The more details, the better resolution will be.
Looking forward to hearing more from you.
