How to Use Static IPs

I have a Pace 5268ac residential gateway and purchased a block of 8 static IPs. The installation tech said my RG static IP is 76.221.184.30 and my usable IPs are 76.221.184.25-29. Two questions arise:

1) I don't see the static IP(s) anywhere in the RG admin screens. The "public IP" is listed as 104.11.149.9. That address responds to pings, unless I block pings and then it doesn't. It is also listed as my public IP on "what's my IP"-type sites. So I think this indeed is my IP. A very nice earlier response from JeffreyMC said that this address is my RG's "dynamic address", which totally befuddles me.

2) Even if I get past this, I don't see how to select which of my 5 usable IPs for use in port forwarding. I set up a firewall pinhole for my app, but nowhere in the setup process did it allow me to specify which of my 5 IPs to use. (Maybe because I only have the one???)

I'm pretty knowledgeable in networking matters, but this 5268ac beast has me confounded. Any guidance greatly  appreciated.

Did you check the instructions here?   Alternatively possibly one of the many hits from this google search may help.

Yes, I did follow those instructions with no luck. Tech said my RG IP is 76.221.184.30 (usable IPs 76.221.184.25-29), subnet mask 255.255.255.248. I entered those values under "Add Additional Network" which was successful. Then I went to "LAN IP Address Allocation" and selected "Public Fixed: 76.221.184.25" for the desired machine (which has static IP 192,168.1,19). On "Save" I get error message "For the public routed subinterface only WAN IP mapping is allowed." Why did this not work?
