How do we block suspicious URLS at the level of a PACE 5268AC Gateway / Router ?

In the past I've blocked suspicious URLs / IPs / known ad servers at the level of the gateway / router. I don't see an option for blocking Specific URLs/ IP addresses that we commonly see with a netgear router in the  PACE 5268AC. Anyone know of any work around for this? This appears to be a rather large security risk.

This is somewhat like folks asking for parental controls at the router level.  The ATT routers don't support such controls.  You would need to cascade a router that does behind the ATT router.

At the DNS level OpenDNS supports similar controls.

Not anywhere near  the same thing- parental controls can be dealt with via DNS (and most usually are), whereas what I'm looking for is a way to force the  dropping of certain types of packets from rogue servers, particularly CU-SEEME packets for which I can see no apparent reason for these packets because I don't use that protocol for anything. I also looked at blocking services but the list is rather limited and doesn't seem to allow user-specification either.
