The format is a bit different from what I am seeing on my screen
My dad made the mistake of canceling his AT&T account. He was getting free WiFi at his new living arrangement.
He does not recall any passwords related to the AT&T account. Is there any hope of him being able to recover any of his files?
Is there any way to get help? AT&T will not help him as there has been a 3 month delay in the request, and because he now has a new address. Any hope?

Why can't I use a password of my choice?
The instructions are confusing... 2 of this and 2 of that...
What is a good sample password?

You can, as the instructions in Post #2 explain. You don’t need a
“sample” password; use whatever you like.
Thank you... I will check it out.
