How can I replace my Gateway?

I need to replace the Residential Gateway for my U-verse internet service. This one I currently have stops and starts. I think it is burning out. So I would like to replace it. What number do I call to have a replacement sent to me or do I go to an AT&T store for one?

You would have to call customer service and follow the voice prompts it could be a line issue.
