Hotspot in a Toyota Sienna

Hi Tia8690! There are several steps you can take to resolve your Toyota Sienna's inability to connect to Wi-Fi.

Here's how:

• First, make sure that you consult your vehicle’s owner manual or manufacturer’s website for details.
• Second, confirm that you have activated your account at the AT&T Connected Car portal. This is an important step to take since customers provision the base account. Once the terms and conditions (T&Cs) are accepted, customers can manage their account including:
  • Add to Mobile Share
  • Edit/update account details (username, password, etc.)
  • Purchase prepaid sessions
  • View usage
  • If T&Cs aren't accepted then it's possible to experience a brief period of connectivity for a few days. You will then be redirected back to the AT&T Portal to accept the T&Cs.
• Third, if your experience persists despite the first two steps, open the Settings app on your mobile device.
  1. Go to Wi-Fi.
  2. Turn on Wi-Fi.
  3. Wait till your mobile scans all nearby WiFi connections.
  4. Tap the vehicle's hotspot.
