Your you connecting a wireless device you will need some information on the side of your modem on a sticker.
Your Network Name(SSID) will be labeled as ATTxxx or 2WIRExxx, where "xxx" will be the last 3 numbers of the S/N.
Your Wireless Network Key (WiFi Password) will also be labeled on either the same sticker or on a separate one, it will be 10 digits in length.
On your device your connecting you need to load up the wireless connections, you will see the SSID. Connect to it and it will ask for the Network Key, enter in the 10 digit Wireless Network Key and hit connect.
It will then go through an authentication phase and you will then be connected.

Thanks. We got it hooked up a few hours ago. I turned off password
protection for the network. I'll save your email in case the Roku gets
rejected when I turn the password protection back on.

Roku 2. We got it working. Thanks. I'd have gotten back to you much sooner,
but we took a hike, made and ate dinner, watched a bit of TV, and just
turned the PC back on. Have a great week.
