Home High Speed Internet went out Monday 2:30pm - Customer Service said my Modem sent modem - received Wednesday afternoon- didn’t solve the problem- they sent AT&T tech out Thursday afternoon- all ok inside - the wiring ok in my yard to box out in my backyard- problem was a major line in backyard neighbors yard was damaged- Tech said the next crew would be out first thing this morning to run new line, but they were not!!! It’s Friday - 5 days no Internet- what can I do? I’ve called and they say it’s now a 3rd party working on the problem??? Who can I talk to - need resolved, no TV , no computer, running out of IPhone data?? Has anyone else ever had this issue?
