Has anyone else ever had an ATT DSL outage for 6 weeks?

ATT DSL has been off line for 6 weeks because of an ATT open network outage in our locality. Our service worked fine for almost 20 years. We have contacted ATT many times. POTS works. ATT knows it is on their side of the Dmark. Has anyone a repair to ATT DSL infrastructure take this long? What was the outcome?

Hi there, @mahan1982. We understand that you are having concerns with your phone service. We would like to help you with that.

We would like to start out by asking, what phone service do you and your family have? AT&T offers three types of phone service:

  1. AT&T Wireless (Cellphone)
  2. Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS)
  3. U-Verse Digital Voice

The reason why we need to know this is, so we can better support you. Please let us know We are here to assist you in anyway that we can.
