Going on 6 days of no service
Internet and TV have been down for 6 days now. No estimate on return to service and I haven't seen any crews in my area. Anyone have any luck getting someone local to provide an update?

The only people you have access to that could tell you that are the people actually working on the outage source in the field. Anyone else at AT&T that you could contact have zero clue as to what is happening because they are walled off from the repair people.

Understand that completely, but there's no way to contact those local people from what I can see. The ATT local stores all have no idea what I'm talking about.

Not sure what the local store has to do with this. As I indicated, and you confirmed, they're just as useless as any other AT&T source.
If this is not an ongoing repair, since you don't see anyone working in the field, then it's possible that there's an issue with one or more pieces of equipment that are on backorder. This has been an ongoing issue for more than 2 yrs because of supply chain issues.
Just to cover the bases since you didn't provide any details, you do show an outage when you enter your info at https://www.att.com/outages, right? And also, you've powered your gateway off and back on, right? Many times the gateway will not notice when the service returns and you have to poke it to wake up and smell the coffee.

Tony. Yup I have been doing the hard reset a couple of times a day as well as checking for an outage on the ATT website. I was wondering if it was a material supply issue since it started near a holiday, but would think they'd be able to get something at this point. I'm an engineer so understand the issues with the supply chain, but it'd be nice to know if that was the problem and when they expect the parts in.
