Gateway Authentication Failure

I keep getting this error message every time I try to connect devices to my WiFi. Not really sure where to go from here? I've done a reset on the router and I tried to log onto to reset it but it won't load. Any answers would help!

Hello @apinson45

 I understand you need help to signing into your WiFi. This is a unique situation and I would like to get you back online.

To change your Wi-Fi info:
1. Go to your gateway settings.
2. Scroll to Key Things to do Using Your Gateway and select Wi-Fi.
3. Enter the Device Acccess Code (located on the side of your gateway).
4. Select Submit.
5. Change the info for the desired network(s):
     *Wi-Fi name - In the Network Name (SSID) field, enter a new network name.
     *Wi-Fi password - Select Use custom Wi-Fi network password and enter a new password. Please keep in mind, you will need to be connected directly into your gateway, using Ethernet Patch Cable. Save.

Once you've successfully changed your Wi-Fi name and password, be sure to reconnect your Wi-Fi devices using the new network info.
