Gateway Authentication Failure

When I try to log onto my AT&T U-verse wireless internet a message comes up that says "Gateway Authentication Failure"  Has anyone seen this before and can tell me what the solution was?

Try rebooting the gatewary (pull plug for 15 secs. and let it fully reboot).

If that doesn't fix it factory reset the gateway (push red button on back for about 20 secs.).  Note you will lose any settings you may have made.

If that doesn't work call tech support (800-288-2020).
