Gateway 3600HGV Wireless green light not on and can't connect wirelessly
Every light is green and my internet service works fine except I can't connect wirelessly. The light has never come on. While my computer itself shows my wireless connection as being good, I can't connect using the wireless key located on the side of the Gateway. I've even tried changing my wireless security key instead of using the default key. Each time I try to connect, the failed connection warning comes on. I've been working on this for 2 days and can't figure it out. Any advice for me?
