Franklin Collection Services showed up on my credit report on behalf of ATT

I have been charged with $206 for some reason from ATT that I cannot figure out. The forwarded the claim to Franklin Collection Services and they managed to show up on credit report. Reaching out to find out if other have faced this issue as well and how they tackled it?

I do not have any outstanding bills on my account and I have no clue what this charge is for.
