Fixed Wireless Useless

Since the end of December my fixed wireless service has been terrible. I am experiencing 20% to 50% percent packet loss. Huge latency, right now, into the 1000s. Can't watch videos or even game. Just regular surfing websites is almost like the old dial-up days.

Had a tech come out. Told me that there was nothing he could do, that AT&T had over-subscribed the tower. This is possible, but the previous 6 months everything was fine. I have noticed others comment on here about the same thing. MTR shows the packet loss is happening upstream, on AT&T switches.

What is going on here and when is it going to be fixed? No point in keeping the "service" if its this useless.
