Fixed Wireless Internet

I had fixed wireless internet installed at home last weekend. It still does not work. Tech support tells me the problem is the sim card and antenna are not activated. Tech Support was to check it yesterday and resolve (through a chat with Jenny). I never received a confirmation email from them as I was told.
Jenny stated she could see the issue and it could be fixed \ activated from the tech desk, but would take 4-5 hours. Internet still does not work and I have trouble getting a tech online (phone or chat) due to the number of people needing help. How do I proceed?
