Fixed Wireless A Fix For All

BBB, Also known as the Better Business Bureau, could help the number of us with this issue. A highly problematic issue that's be disregarded for some many users of the service. I would that all of you file a complaint with them as well, if enough get through to the BBB, maybe they will do something for us. One person is never enough but a group can always succeed.

You can see multiple posts on this forum about packet loss issues with this internet. Mine was up to 75% last night at one point.

There is a rumor there was a gateway update today that is a possible fix tho.

@Constructive He has posted this same thing in another person's post regarding the packet loss issue. Packet loss has been talked about hour by hour on this forum for a month now. So yeah, probably a good idea to assume that's the issue.

Yes, Packet Loss. For every day for the past two months now, Multiple posts, multiple people have posted it. And every single one of those posts, the issue hasn't been recognized. It's not a one person issue, it's a whole group issue.

C'mon...you're an employee and you dont know? I'm not surprised by this tho, especially after how I was treated when I called to ask a simple question. Plus, not a single response from anyone at att on the soon to be 5 page thread about the packet loss problem, yet one here? Too funny.

Oh, and just so you know, speed is meaningless when ones packet loss is so high.

@Starstruck as stated before this is a customer forum with minimal interaction from At&t except for a couple moderators. Yes I’m an employee I know about packet loss as I’ve seen other threads but the first post had no mention of packet loss. I just don’t read them all I spend my life in the central offices maintaining backup batteries and generators so you reall can’t expect that since I’m an employee I should know every aspect of the company. Also take a moment to read the disclaimer after each of my posts.

@Constructive judging by your post, you seem to be more respectful than the "others" that have posted on here. And I appreciate that.

I think what it amounts to is that all we want is an answer, update, comment, anything on the issue. We just want to be recognized that's all. This service has been awesome uptil now. And all that been said is.... Nothing... We don't want to complain, we don't want credits, we want that awesome internet that we use to have.
