Fiber Optic Construction - Above ground lines
My neighbor has AT&T fiber optic. It hasn't worked since they installed it. He called AT&T to fix it. They laid a cable across mine and another neighbor's yard. Been like that for 2 weeks. No sign of AT&T to fix it. The location is North 112th E Ave., Collinsville, OK. My question is, when is someone going to come and remove this cable before it gets cut? Need to have my neighbor's fiber optic fixed and that cable REMOVED from the yard.

To report the exposed cable, you can call us any time at 800-288-2020. When you call, say "No account." When asked if you want to order new service, say "No." Then, to let us know why you're calling, say “Line is down.”

How do we find out when a pole in our yard will be replaced for fiber optics?
We were contacted in July, that work would happen within a couple of weeks. At that point in time, we were constructing a fence. Oct 17, 2022, a person came out and said they would be putting in a new pole within the week but because of the fence, they had to consider which option to use…..tear down a portion of my fence and replace it, or remove a tree at the corner of my property and my neighbors to gain access. They were supposed to call us on the 21st to let us know what they were going to do. The numbers we have called have not been able to give us any information. The number on the placard that was given to us to call, has no operator and the inbox is full. Who can we contact?
