Fiber optic cable and damage to yard and sidewalk
I live in Field Crest Estates in Youngsville, Louisiana and a fiber optic cable was recently buried. I have recently viewed were a machine that punches the cable entered my front yard, dug ruts and cracked my sidewalk leading from my front door. This appears to be on my personal property and not on the easment. Who do I contact to seek compensation or repair of damages?

When AT&T installed fiber on September 8, 2016 they cut the water line. They also did NOT FILL OR PACK THE ROAD PROPERLY in front of xxxxxxxxx This section of driveway & road needs to be replaced. This was reported to the Richmond County Sheriff's Department as CASE #
When can you send someone out to take a look at this so we can get it fixed?

We had a door hanger from Att about the install of fiber optic cable in the yards in our street. There was a contact number on this hanger that is as follows ...1-877-737-2478 ....This number rings but no answer and a message that there is no voicemail box set up .The work is finished but the installers hit a gas and water line in and near our lawn. A concrete box was installed that is not even with the lawn and can not be mowed properly . They crudely threw dirt and clumps of grass pieces on top that a mower cannot go over .There were tract equipment in our yards . We are trying to go to Att to get help but that is not easy.The claim agent that is refer d to states no lawn restoration claims.So far this has been a BAD experience with these people!
