Extremely High Ping Spikes while I'm playing games

For the past few weeks my ping has been at a constant 60ms but at times it jumps up to the 500s-1000s which is really frustrating. I can barely play the games I want and I just want a way to fix this. I've tried to troubleshoot but nothing comes up on ping which is also really frustrating. Is there any way I can solve this?

Hey, @Juan1425. We'd be glad to help improve your online gaming experience!

What internet plan do you have? If you have Fixed Wireless Internet or another form of satellite or LTE internet, latency will naturally be higher. Optimizing your Network efficiency and speeds should help with minimizing your latency, but depending on your plan, it may not be enough to have an optimal gaming experience.

I have internet 25. Yes I do understand that but before I had any problems my latency would never jump to 500 or 1000 so this is really annoying for me. I've tried to troubleshoot but it doesn't do anything.
