Equipment Return

I'm unable to get out of a loop to nowhere to get a label for equipment return. There doesn't seem to be any such option available to choose, despite references to it all over the site which only go to FAQ page listing with no actual results for this problem.

We have more information on how to return your equipment

  • You can return your equipment without any return label to any FedEx or UPS store.
  • No packing necessary. Just take your unboxed equipment and your 9-digit account number.
  • There is no charge for the return
  • Remember to keep your return receipt or tracking number after completing return.
  • If return is due to service cancellation, remember equipment has to be returned within 14 days to avoid non returned equipment charges.
