I want to change my old router moto nvg510 to a arris bgw210. Can I but one from att and have them ship to me, can I install myself?

ATT stopped selling gateways in January 2015. All gateways now have a monthly equipment fee... if grandfathered would be $7 a month... if enter a new promotion would be $10 a month.
Yes, you can call and request a newer unit to be shipped. May also want to inquire if a faster speed is available... the 510 stopped at internet 18 or less speed tier.
EDIT... the Motorola 510 is an ADSL2+ gateway
Contacted att via chat and they shipped a pace 5268 arrived the next day and I installed it easily. There was no charge and I had to return the old unit via ups which was free. I was pleasantly
