Does technician bring the gateway to set up my new service
I have a technician coming next Saturday to set up new service. Will he/she bring the gateway or should I watch for it in the mail? Thanks!

If you were required (and charged for) a full tech install, they should bring the gateway with them.
Gateways are only sent out if you are doing a self-install and that would be if the location had AT&T internet previously.

They aren't charging me, but the technician visit was required. So, I'll go with that. Thank you for the quick reply!
