Do I need to return old router?
Just yesterday, an AT&T technician replaced our old AT&T router (Model 503 INV.) I have no instructions on if / how to return this old router back to AT&T. Can I just recycle it at my local electronic recycling center or do I need to send it back to AT&T. I have searched on the AT&T website for answers and have called and have been on hold for a very long time. Can anyone give me advice on what to do?

We're here to help, @annwidner!
Usually, we will ship you out a return label with information on how to return your equipment. If you haven't received one within 14 days of your replacement, we suggest going to your local UPS or FedEx store with your AT&T account number, and they will ship it to us free of charge.
They will give you a receipt that will let you know it is being shipped, and tell us that it is on the way. We suggest you keep your receipt somewhere safe until your equipment gets back to us.
If you have any further questions, let us know. We'll be here to assist in any way we can!
