Dedicated mobile hotspot

I have a dedicated mobile hotspot, I am able to connect but when i try to open an internet browser it says no internet connection. What can I do to fix this. I've purchased new data.

Thanks for reaching out. Which type of plan do you have and which type of hotspot is it? When was the last time a device connected to the hotspot could connect to its data? Please let us know.
