Customer Service

When shopping for internet I wanted I wanted to make my home internet package was deleivered to the correct location. I spoke in the chat with an agent and specified many times I wanted my package shipped to a specific address and lord beholds she somehow ships it to the address I specified not to. I had to drive more than a hour to pick up the internet set up kit when I specified her to no send it that address. To make things worse I chatted with another agent and he was supposed to connect me with support to help the situation and I never received a call and trying to speak with someone I have jumo through many hoops. I haven’t had AT&T for a week and I’m already experiencing many issues with customer service. I had herd many great things about AT&T but my experience has been beyond subpar.

Did they ship the equipment to the address that has the Internet service?  Despite what chat/phone "support" people might say, they don't have any control over that, it's always supposed to go to the service address.
