Connection Issues - Intermittent Slow Connections
Slow Connections,
1. YouTube always detects a slow connection does not give me HD video and lag when I manually select an HD option.
2. Pages load with slowly & often have broken links to photos
Running a traceroute from the outside world back to my computer yelds tipically one or two AT&T IP address that time out ( Indicated by "***" astrics ) and same is true when tracerouting from my computers out to an internet address. Inbound trace helped to identify the timeout as within the AT&T domain. However, since it is a timeout it does not define wha address is timing out.
Having an upper level tech fix these type of issues would go a long way to helping all AT&T users from having internet issues. When something is faulting that is when you fix it.
