Connecting devices to wifi with PACE 5268AC

Cannot connect my devices to the PACE 5268AC. The "Smart Home Manager Tool" only wanted to tell me how to id the wifi name on the list on my devices (the desk top is online); however, the problem was, My  wifi name is not listed on any of my devices (phone and Kindle). Eventually, it Smart Home Manager Tool sent me to chat which DOES NOT WORK. I've tried at least 10 times but its "too busy" helping the deluge of customers who apparently were able to get chat to work.

This time try factory resetting the Gateway by holding the red button on the back until it restarts. Then change the network name and password.
