We're here to help @Mellissazamzow, with getting your device connected.

To Separate your Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5.0 GHz network. Follow these steps:

  1. Open up a web browser connected to the network.
  2. In the address bar type 192.168.1.1 and hit Enter.
  3. Type in the username and password.
    • The username is admin.
    • The password is the access key or A/C located on your router.
  4. Click on the Wi-Fi tab.
    • Maybe a tab under a different one, as each router can have a different interface.
  5. Click on the "Advanced settings."
    • Located generally on the bottom right.
  6. Change one or both of the network names to one of your desire.
    • Confirm that the network names are different.
      • Simply adding 2.4 or 5.0 is a great reminder of which network is which.
  7. Click "Save Settings"
  8. Exit the interface.
  9. Restart your router.

Please let us know if that helps.
