connect another router to Arris BGW210-700
Hi guys,
I'm supporting this customer, her service bundle includes an Arris BGW210-700 and an AT&T Wireless Internet MF279, it looks to me that these routers are backing up each other in case either one fails. So I plugged our TP-Link Archer A6 (Vietnam model) to her Arris router and successfully set it up, but the internet speed when a device is connected to the Archer router is painfull slow while remaining at full speed when it's connected to the Arris. I had looked into the Arris configuration page, especially QOS sections and I couldn't find anything strange at all. I wonder if I'm missing something or if there is any restriction on the Arris side that limit or even block internet access from an external router connected to it

Hi, @TrungVoFastBoy, we'd be happy to help with your friend's Internet connection!
Please be aware that we can't guarantee optimal service performance when 3rd party devices are connected.
Our gateways are not designed to restrict or block a device, but if the speed goes back to normal when the Archer is not connected, your friend may want to consider just using the AT&T equipment.
They can also try to optimize the connection with the Archer following the suggestions in our online guide for improving Internet performance.
We hoped this shed light on why the connection slows down when the TP-Link Archer is connected.
If you need help with anything else, just let us know!
