Confirming Equipment Return

I recently ended my internet service and returned my equipment. How do I confirm that the equipment was received by AT&T?

If you didn't get a notification via SMS or email, then call 800-288-2020 and tech support will be able to locate/check the status of your returned  equipment.

Was it sent UPS, and didn't you get a tracking #??? If so do a check on that tracking #, either online or by calling the UPS store you took it to.

 

And if shows delivered, rec'd, save that for future reference, FOREVER 🙂
