College essay - need ATT response
My paper is entitled Reasons for Poor Internet/Cell phone Services in Rural Texas.
My questions are: (and PLS respond in layman’s terms, or dummies terms preferably lol) Why won’t ATT construct a new cell tower in my very rural area? Why doesn’t ATT provide internet service out here? How come I could enjoy streaming Roku in 3 rooms of my house just 2 years ago, but now it won’t even work at all in any room? Why do I have to go to the end of my driveway to text now? Why won’t my cell phone let me make a phone call now? Ever.
Will we be forced to give up our cell phones & internet services soon to avoid paying for literally nothing?

You can use the Mark The Spot app to get help with service issues in your area, the above link will help explain that in more detail. That will also help with getting better service to your area.
Not sure why AT&T doesn't offer internet in your area, could be related to a lot of different reason's.
There could be coverage issues inside the home that's keeping the signal from staying strong.
The questions you asked can't be answered with out account information to see why there is bad service in your area and what can be done to fix it.
