ATT BMG 210 Router - Data Only Service - Uverse.com - South Florida

How do you permanently wipe LOG activity (all logs) from the BMG 210 as well the logs kept on ATTs servers? I am not looking to reset the router. I can do that.

Its the auto logging files/records of when the router device was used and all the associated IP addresses that were accessed through the device. Its an extensive amount of data even if you a light Internet user.  I am looking to wipe the record file keeping.

Otherwise, my device is working fine.

Hey @usatechexec. Thanks for reaching out to us about wanting to clear your router log, and we'd be happy to answer your question.

Unfortunately, there's no way to clear all the log activity on your router without factory resetting your router. If you do have any specific settings configured on your router such as IP Passthrough mode or Port Forwarding, then you'll have to reconfigure those settings back onto your router.

If you're also just trying to remove the devices that are on your router that aren't currently connected, then you could follow the steps provided in the previous message on this thread:

  • Device tab
  • Device list
  • Clear and rescan for devices.
  • This will only removes devices that are not currently connected.
