Can't open ticket to report outage
The ufix.att.com portal page isn't accepting my account login after I'm forwarded there from my logged in account page at att.com. Your account management system is hosed up and preventing me from getting service.
It looks like phone and DSL is down in Point Richmond, California, probably the same problem as in late November when a drunk destroyed the box on Canal Blvd. Trucks have been working on it all month. Both phone and DSL Internet dropped out about 1 pm Pacific on December 26. There's no dial tone and the modem won't sync.
