H all,

We see this page is getting many views. Based on the views, we are adding some videos on how to access the menus for the following Hotspots:

Note: Distance from the Hotspot may affect your ability to sign in.

We're here to help, @Larrylaw1033!

What type of router or Gateway are you using?

To access the User Interface for an AT&T Gateway, follow these steps:

  • On a device connected to your Gateway's network, open a web browser and enter the following in the search bar: http://192.168.1.254.
  • When prompted, provide the login information located on the label on the side of your Gateway. This will be different from the WiFi name and password.

To access the User Interface for an AT&T home Hotspot device, follow these steps:

  • On a device connected to your Hotspot's network, open a web browser and enter the following in the search bar: http://attwifimanager or http://192.168.1.1.
  • When prompted, enter the login information and click "Login". The default login is attadmin.

Hello. I have a Netgear Unite Express 2 device and the instructions ask me to log into http:attwifimanager. However, I cannot seem to locate this webpage.

It still doesn't work.  Not sure why the website can't be fixed.  It really should be fairly simple.....

Thank you for the reply @FM1848!

Let's look into this issue for you. First, if you haven't already, use wither one of these three options to update your device's firmware.

Additionally, if your experience persists despite the first step, Netgear Support may be able to help resolve your current issue with your device.

We hope this info helps.

plug in the router, make sure the sim card is in place and turn  it on.

you will need to press the power button to swipe the screen where you will find the name and password of wifi to connect

You need to first connect the computer you are using to the wifi that is on the router, only then can you go to  http://192.168.1.1. and it will direct you correctly.

go to this link: copy and paste it;

http://attwifimanager/index.html. but before you go to that link, make sure you have to plug it in your mobile hot spot device into to your computer. using your usb port, it's like your charging the phone. we have to be patient because it will automatically update the software of your hot spot device. i just did it 5-10-2020. for having two days figured it out. i called customer service for few times but they want my active account number. even they can not direct me to technical support. Because i did not use my prepaid go phone hot spot device for two years. i only use for few months when i was travelling internationally. i did not even use it. it only use for domestic place. so i don't wanna waste my time. Always Very Thanks to My Lord and My God. Saviour Jesus Christ. He Helps me out. Alright after that you have to log in> attadmin. after you login it will show something unlocked code. try to reset your device. you can see all the options there. Let me know if you need help? email m. Good Luck!
