Can't connect to Xbox Live on Xbox One
My son has an Xbox and up until a few days ago he was able to access Xbox Live. Now he can't. When I test the network connection, it says it's all good but when I test the multiplayer function it says that it can't find the teredo ip address. I called Microsoft and was told I needed to call AT&T to make sure specific ports were open. I called AT&T and was told how to set up an IP passthrough for the Xbox. That still didn't work. I then did some troubleshooting on my own and did port forwarding for specific ports under NAT/Gaming in Versalink. That didn't work either. I was then told by Microsoft that I needed to get a public IP address. I called AT&T again and was told this time around that they couldn't help me because they don't provide assistance with third party devices unless you pay a fee. If anyone has suggestions as to how to connect to Xbox Live I would be very appreciative. Thanks.

Hi @jborihuela,
I am sorry about the issues you are having connecting to Xbox Live, but I will be glad to help. I have seen this issue come up in the past with my friend's Xbox One. By setting the Xbox in IP Passthrough, you actually get a public IP address. You just need to make sure to restart your U-verse gateway and Xbox One after making the changes.
That did not help fix my friend's issue. We did some research, and it seems like many others have this issue. The one fix that worked for him and worked for us was doing a System reset on the Xbox One. Here is an article that goes over it.

Thank you very much for your solution. I actually did reset it a few days ago because nothing seemed to be working. Resetting the machine worked! Seeing your reply made me feel so much better.

I am losing my mind with this I really hope its something as simple as resetting the Xbox. I can play 2k19 online but i can't play 2k20 online. All of a sudden my Nat settings go to Moderate even though all my ports are open. I am a techy person and there has to be an easier way to do this. I hope this works ill keep you posted.
