Can’t connect to the Internet

My phone and my TV say they found the network but can’t connect to the Internet? What does that mean and how do I fix it? No outages in my area.

Hi @Prec44,

 

Not connecting normally happens if the password has been changed or there is an issue with the modem. Resetting the modem and the devices normally resolve issues like this. Try that, if it does not help, you can troubleshoot using our myATT app. Just text the word myATT to 556699 from any device and get a link to download the app.
