Cannot logon to gateway
When I first signed up with AT&T internet, I immediately changed the SSID and default password. However, recently I wanted to go back in and change some security settings on the gateway but could not access it via 192.168.1.254.
I called AT&T tech support. They could not resolve the issue over the phone and therefore sent a technician out to my residence. The technician could not resolve the issue either. So he installed a new modem. I do have internet access, but even with the new modem, I still cannot access my security settings via 192.168.1.254
Does anyone have exerience with this issue? If I cannot access the security settings on the modem I will have to cancel my contract with AT&T.
