Can the box be moved?

The white box that has the att logo ( not sure if it’s called the modem) where the internet actually comes from)…can it be moved to a different place in our home? It’s stuck to a wall that is inconvenient.

Pretty much anything can be moved, but the cost of doing so may not be worth it.  I wouldn't think you'd be objecting to a fiber wall plate, so I'm guessing you either have an ONT or an power supply for an external ONT.

ONT (010 model)

If it's either of these, then what AT&T would need to do is run the fiber to a wall plate and move you to the BGW320 Gateway with an integrated ONT (replacing your current Gateway that's connected to the ONT) so that all you have is a fiber "cable" going from this wall plate to your BGW320 Gateway.  That would mean that your Gateway would need to be in the same room and connected via the fiber "cable".  There would likely be a charge of $99 to $150 for them to come do this.

What the wall plate looks like (it's smaller in all dimensions than the ONT... it's a little thicker than a standard power outlet):

If you want everything moved to another room, that's a bigger ask.  You'd need to make the same request, and when the tech gets there tell him what you want and he can tell you what's possible for him to do and at what cost.
