can not connect to wifi

we can not connect our cp to wifi

We see that you are having trouble connecting to your Wi-Fi, is this only with your PC or is it with any device?


We recommend that you optimize your Wi-Fi, so you can get the most out of it.


  • You can restart your gateway, because this will refresh the connection
  • Make sure you turn off the other devices when you are not using them
  • Try moving the gateway in a central location of your house or apartment

Also, we suggest that you use our Smart Home Manager Tool. This tool will let you check:

  • Line failure
  • Data usage
  • Wi-Fi extender necessity
  • Health diagnostics
